Website privacy notice

This notice describes how Damaros, LLC (“Damaros,” “we”) handles information when you visit the public marketing site at www.damaros.ai and related static pages (including JWKS documents under /.well-known/). It does not govern customer deployments of the Damaros platform, clinical data processing under a business associate agreement, or hospital-hosted integrations. Those environments are covered by separate contracts and security documentation.

What we collect

We do not operate user accounts, lead forms, newsletters, or advertising analytics on this website. We still receive limited technical data needed to deliver pages:

• Hosting logs. Our host (Vercel) records standard request metadata such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referrer, and timestamps for security and operations.
• Approximate location display. The home page may call geojs.io to show a city/region label from your IP address. We do not store that label in a database; it appears only in your browser session.
• Fonts and assets. Pages load self-hosted typography and images from our CDN. Those providers may receive your IP address and technical identifiers as part of normal delivery.
• Email. “Get in touch” links open your mail client (anirudh@damaros.ai). We do not collect message content through the website itself.

We do not use cookies for cross-site tracking or personalized advertising on this site. Your browser may store local preferences (for example theme) without our server reading them.

Sharing

We use infrastructure and service providers that process data on our behalf (hosting, DNS/TLS, font delivery, optional geo lookup). We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of our services.

Retention

Server logs are retained for a limited period consistent with our hosting provider’s defaults and operational needs, then rotated or deleted. Email you send us is kept as long as needed to correspond and meet legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You may disable non-essential scripts in your browser, use a VPN, or block third-party requests. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights or ask questions, email anirudh@damaros.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject line.

International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you access the site from other regions, your information may be processed in the U.S. where laws may differ from your home jurisdiction.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the website.

Changes

We may update this notice. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised notice.
